This year’s theme, Pajamas & Bamboos, is a love letter to 90s sleepovers, grown-woman softness, and unapologetic fun. Think satin pajamas, bamboo earrings, cozy glam, and a room full of women ready to laugh, dance, and reconnect.

No Boys Allowed was created as a space where Black women could come together without pressure to rest, play, and be fully themselves. Four years later, it remains a reminder that joy is healing, community is medicine, and sisterhood deserves to be celebrated.
