The Healing Loung: Visions, Vibes, & Lessons Learned

Before the year begins to unfold, we gather as homegirls, daughters, aunties, and soft-seeking women to breathe, release, and remember who we are becoming. This evening is not about resolutions or hustle. It is a sacred pause, a moment to honor the lessons that shaped us and to step gently into a new season with clarity and intention.

In this warm, soul-nourishing space, we will reflect on what 2025 taught our spirits, journal through the wisdom that surfaced, and craft Vision Boxes filled with affirmations, hopes, and offerings for the year ahead. Together, we will set S.A.C.R.E.D. SMART Goals rooted in alignment, not pressure, goals that honor our lineage, our softness, and the woman we are rising into.

Wrapped in community and guided by ritual, we will end the night with our Let It Burn Ceremony, releasing what can no longer walk with us and making room for everything that will.
